Why is my order split into multiple parts?

One checkout can include stock from several suppliers.

If your basket contains releases from more than one distributor or label, DistroHook automatically creates a separate supplier order for each one at checkout.

Each supplier order has its own fulfilment status, shipment tracking and returns, even though you only completed one payment.
